Main tasks :
Carry out coordination of service delivery and provision of facilities at Service Outlets.
Function :
1. Provision of facilities, places, and/or service rooms;
2. Arrangement and regulation of service patterns in the implementation of MPP;
3. Coordinate the availability of Service Standards for all services in the MPP;
4. Assurance of service quality in MPP in accordance with Service Standards;
5. Provision of Rules;
6. Provision of mechanisms, management, and settlement of public complaints that are integrated or connected to the national public service complaint management system in the implementation of MPP and
7. Monitoring and evaluation of MPP implementation.
